Our client, a leading global manufacturer of advanced rolled aluminum products, knows it very well. They use S/4 Hana for all the processes, but most of all for finance, logistics (procurement/sales) and maintenance, which are the basis of running a business. The project we are carrying out together is about moving two sites bought by our partner into their own landscape. S5 is doing an S/4 Hana carve-out, merging company codes and setting up the euro as company currency. The Subject Matter Expert within plant maintenance / asset management is our colleague Magnus Karlsson, who is focusing on the configuration and migration of master data and organizational units. We are using Hana Migration Cockpit to validate and transfer data from the old S/4 landscape to the new S/4 landscape.
