Efficient and easy handling of subscriptions.
The Challenge
Customers of Gyldendal to be able to manage the subscriptions themselves.
Our solution
We created an app based on Neptune SAP Fiori Solution. It consists of front-end components (such as the user interfaces) and back-end components (such as the OData service). They are installed in a system landscape that is enabled for SAP Fiori in an ABAP environment.
Results
The customers were able to configure settings of subscription products for Subscription Order Management and adjust the application interface as per their needs.
Long-term benefits
Customers can manage their discounts and subscriptions with ease.
