They were looking for a flexible and reliable partner that could help them with transitioning from multiple ERP and MES systems to SAP4HANA. And here is where S5 team stepped in!
Just recently we have started with a comprehensive analysis of the current business processes of RPB, the systems they use, resource allocation and organizational build up to be able to implement a companywide solution. But we are not responsible for SAP implementation only. S5 has already prepared the RPB team and will be guiding the company through the entire process of transition. With a phased approach, the transition will be executed across the different departments in stages.
