Since January 2026, Andrzej serves as Site Lead for the Polish entity of S5 Consulting, responsible for rapidly scaling the local organization. He holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence from the Polish Academy of Sciences and brings over 25 years of IT experience, combining enterprise, SAP, Java, and AI expertise with strategic leadership.
